THIS IS A ROBBERY is a four-part Netflix documentary series that explores the 1990 theft of artwork from Boston’s Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. In the early morning hours of March 18 of that year two men posing as police officers conned their way into the museum and made off with 13 works of art valued at $500 million.

The series was released on Netflix in 2021 and was the streamer’s #1 show for its first week.
